I wouldnt wait for it to go away on its own. i would take the medicine, because even if you dont have symptoms now, you may be getting them later.
You shouldn’t leave your yeast infection untreated. It is an infection, just because your symptoms are minor doesn’t mean it can’t get worse. I would suggest wrapping a clove of peeled garlic (try not to nip it), place in a small piece of cheese cloth & insert into your vagina, until you see your doc. This will help reduce the spread of your infection.
The pill for yeast infections is easy. I’ve taken it several times with no side effects. The chance that an untreated yeast infection will make you ’sick’ is much greater than the chance that the treatment pill will make you sick. Take the pill. You’ll be glad you did.
