  3. Garfield says:

Male yeast infections and female yeast infections will both last until they are treated. They don’t go away by themselves. They only get worst. As for the length of time to go away after treatment, it all depends on how long the treatment is for. Treatments can last up to 2 weeks. When the treatment is finished, the infection should be also. If not you may need a stronger treatment. Also, the longer it’s left untreated, the longer it takes to get rid of.

if untreated it lasts until you do get it treated,if it is treated then it generally lasts about seven days with the proper medicine, anything longer than seven days it may not just be a yeast infection, are you having any drainage it so then hurry to the doctor.

you do not say where it is…
if is cutaneous (on the skin) it may last a week or two depending on how bad and are you treating it correctly.

if it is a urinary yeast infection (in your penis and bladder) it can be cured with antifungal medication taken orally…
a yeast infection will last until it is treated

  10. wondering says:

a yeast infection will not go away untreated . if treated symptoms should lessen in 3 to 5 days full recovery in 7 to 10 days make note any intercourse during treatment without protection can cause recurrent infection in either partner, both should be treated.
