It's not the exercise itself, but the tight clothes and moisture and heat from working up a sweat. That and the slight friction when you're sitting on the bike seat. I imagine the clothes you're wearing are made of lycra or spandex blends of sorts. Try wearing cotton undies, and see if you can find a slim fitting but slightly looser cotton short to wear instead of the tight fitting pants, it will help with the possible yeast infections and discomfort.

If it's a yeast infection, it will really burn and itch and get progressively worse without treatment. You'd also notice thick white discharge.

If it's just heat rash or irritation from the sweat and tight clothes, it would likely subside once you've showered and dried off.

That being said, good for you for taking spin classes! I'm still working myself up to that level :P hehe.

Wearing tight fitting nylon or a wet swimsuit can contribute to this, try being sure you wear cotton underwear.

when i was pregnant i constantly had yeast infections. the first thing you should do is cut out all sugar, including fruit. yeast lives off of sugar, so if you don't feed it, it will die. as far as the acidophilus, you could always open up the capsule and mix it with some water and then douche. i always took it internally. you need to take a lot to make it work though. don't worry about overdosing. if you take too much, you will just have diarrhea. so your body will naturally balance that out. i usually take 3 times that amount directed on the bottle. you could also douche with colloidal silver. you could do a wash with it, once a day for 7 days. you could also take it internally. garlic definitely will clear it up, but it is a blood thinner so be careful with your bleeding. another thing you could do is wear cotton underwear only or no underwear at all. yeast thrives in dark moist areas. the drier, the better. the last thing i can recommend is taking vitamin c, like 3000 milligrams a day. you could get those emergen-C packets and take 3 a day. i would do this for at least 1 week. It boosts your immune system and is good for your body whether you are sick or not. hope this helps!!

Vaginal yeast infections are often confused with bacterial vaginosis.
With a vaginal yeast infection these are the symptoms: vaginal discharge which is ODORLESS, severe or persistent burning, itching and soreness.
You will also get pain when urinating and during sexual intercourse. Go with a natural based treatment for this infection to completely eliminate the excess yeast.
In the case of a bacterial vaginosis - the discharge does have a "fishy" smell - that's how they best describe it.

Bacterial vaginosis can cause that, you would need to see a doctor to be sure. Don't worry, it doesn't mean you're dirty, you can get BV from a lot of things. Wiping your butt the wrong way, not washing your hands when you insert or remove a tampon or before touching yourself, all of those can put bacteria in your nether regions.
